Flower Mound Teen Killed; Suspected Drunk Driver Arrested

19-year-old Kasey Waychoff, a sophomore at OSU, was killed by a suspected drunk driver while on spring break in Gulf Shores, Alabama. 29-year-old Justin Ellis Lott is behind bars on DUI charges, but police say more charges are possible.
