North Texas chainsaw artist turns dead trees into art

A Garland neighborhood plagued by dead and dying trees is getting a glow-up. As part of an initiative to breathe new life into the community, the city has brought outside help to rehab old stumps into something artistic and contemporary. NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards explains.
