New Texas laws could save drivers at the autoshop

Several Texas laws will kick in after the New Year. One gets rid of the requirement for a safety inspection before registering cars in the state. The fee will remain the same but drivers will save money at the auto-shop. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan has details.
