New DOJ report takes a look at conditions at the Tarrant County jail

A new report from the U.S. Department of Justice reviewed the conditions and procedures at the Tarrant County Jail. NBC 5’s Keenan Willard reports some county leaders say the report doesn’t do enough to address in-custody deaths at the jail.
