Mother Caused Crash That Killed 2 Sons: Police

Irving police charged a mother with two counts of intoxication manslaughter after she was involved in a crash that killed her two children. Family members confirm to NBC 5 that 10-year-old son Ricardo Hernandez and 14-year-old son Angel Reyes died in the crash. Two other children were injured.
