Numerous storms will affect north Texas from afternoon into evening Friday, with severe weather possible.
Some storms will be capable of large hail, damaging winds and possibly tornadoes, according to NBC 5 meteorologist Grant Johnston.
The highest chance for severe weather occurs from 4 to 7 p.m.

The National Weather Service issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for Collin, Denton and Wise counties that expired at 7:15 a.m. Heavy rain began falling on the area just after 5 a.m. with some lightning strikes reported. NWS officials said rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour would cause flooding.
Officials reminded residents to not drive across roadways covered with water.
