Man on I-35E Fatally Struck by 18-Wheeler

A man who was in the southbound lanes of Interstate 35E was fatally struck by an 18-wheeler early Friday morning in southern Dallas, police said. The truck driver stopped and police were at the scene near the Loop 12 East exit. No other information was available.
