Lt. Gov. calls for ban on THC products

The second most powerful person in the Texas government is calling for a blanket ban on THC sales. It comes five years after state lawmakers legalized the sale of hemp products which contain small amounts of THC. As Meredith Yeomans reports, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick says retailers have exploited the law.
