Johnson County Town Hit by Texas Ransomware Attack

The city of Keene confirmed Monday it was one of nearly two dozen towns hit by a ransomeware attack, which means hackers are holding government files hostage. The city said it couldn’t process credit card payments or utility disconnections, but assured residents its drinking water was safe.
