Irving approves rezoning for a mixed-use development, could a new Mavs arena and casino be in our future?

The potential for a resort casino and new arena for the Dallas Mavericks in Irving lives on. Early Tuesday morning, the Irving Planning and Zoning Commission approved the rezoning of two developments. Still, experts tell NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera chances of a casino in Texas remain slim for the near future.
