‘If we catch you we're going to give you a ticket': South Oak Cliff neighborhood on Fourth of July security

Determined to keep Fourth Of July celebrations from disturbing their peace, a neighborhood in South Oak Cliff is once again taking security into their own hands. Instead of dialing 911, residents are deploying their own security officers. NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero explains why they say it’s an investment other neighborhoods should try.
