Heavy Rains Lead to Sanitary Sewer Overflows

Heavy rains across North Texas are causing a stinky situation from Fort Worth to Irving, Dallas and Plano. Cities across DFW are warning their residents about too much rainwater getting into sanitary sewer systems causing overflows.
