Anna police and fire departments are on the scene of a major multi-vehicle crash that killed four people Friday afternoon.
The Collin County Sheriff's Office confirmed there were four fatalities and multiple individuals with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened on northbound U.S. Highway 75 just past White Street.
Approximately five vehicles were involved, and one vehicle was on fire, according to the sheriff's department.

Three of the victims were identified as 23-year-old Dharshini Vaslodevan, 25-year-old Aryan Raghunatt Orampat and 29-year-old Lokesh Palacharla. The family of a 28-year-old man also killed in the crash asked that his name not be released.
The Anna Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
