Fort Worth names lone finalist for city manager position

Fort Worth is poised to appoint the city’s first Hispanic city manager. Former deputy City Manager Jay Chapa has been named the lone finalist for the job. But one council member says Chapa’s selection wasn’t made fairly, and the city needs to be more transparent. NBC 5’s Keenan Willard explains.
