Former McKinney Police Officer Hires Criminal Defense Attorney as ‘Precautionary' Measure After Pool Party Incident

Former McKinney Officer Eric Casebolt has hired a defense attorney as a “precautionary” measure in case authorities pursue criminal charges against him, criminal defense attorney Tom Mills said.

Mills, who has met with Casebolt, said he “will be interacting with someone in the Collin County DA’s office or the McKinney PD. And I’ll be able to have input on his side of the case."
