Fair Park Master Plan Including More Green Space Approved

The Dallas City Council approved a master plan today to revitalize Fair Park as part of a new public and private partnership. NBC 5’s Jack Highberger reports the plan includes a new 14-acre green space modeled after Kylde Warren Park.
