Experts look into ‘The Stop Act' bill in Texas-Mexico border crisis

A North Texas congressman wants to give the Lone Star State more authority over its southern border. Representative Roger Williams is introducing new legislation called the State of Texas Operational Protections Act, or ‘The Stop Act.’ NBC 5’s Tahera Rahman sized the bill up with a constitutional law expert.
