EBJ's family alleges medical negligence led to a ‘terrible, painful death'

Eddie Bernice Johnson was a 15-term congresswoman who represented much of Dallas County. She died Sunday at the age of 88, but now her family is saying her death was preventable and as NBC 5’s Meredith Yeomans explains, they have put a well-known hospital system on notice that they plan to sue.
