A motorcyclist traveling northbound on the North Central Expressway collided with the back of a vehicle stopped in the left lane and died at the scene late Monday night, according to police.
The other vehicle was stopped in the left lane for construction vehicles, which were in the process of shutting down the lane.
The cyclist was not wearing a helmet.
