Dozens of families sue owner of surrogacy business

Imagine paying thousands of dollars to have a baby then the money vanishes. Dozens of families in a lawsuit accuse the owner of a Texas-based surrogacy Escrow Management Company of using their money for a lavish lifestyle and music career. NBC 5’s Sophia Beausoleil spoke with a North Texas woman who was directly impacted.
