Deadly Shooting of 3-Year-Old Investigation Stalls

It’s been two days since a 3-year-old boy died from a gunshot wound to the head. According to Dallas Police, the child’s mother said the fatal shooting happened during an act of road rage. But the investigation seems to have stalled.
