Occupy Denton has identified the man found dead inside of a tent as Darwin Cox, 23.
The group will hold a candlelight vigil for him at the University of North Texas in Denton on Monday night.
Cox was found dead inside one of the tents Saturday night.
UNT police do not suspect foul play in the death. The Denton County medical examiner is still in the process of determining how Cox died.
On Sunday, Occupy Dallas released this statement: "Occupy Denton mourns the loss of a fellow occupier, a kind and idealistic young man and a friend. Darwin Cox passed away. He was found in a tent on the Occupy Denton camp where he had been given shelter after a fellow occupier saw him suffering from a fever. We give our deepest condolences to his family."
