Dallas works with nonprofit to reduce unsheltered homeless 50% by 2026

Dallas city leaders say a targeted program to find housing for people living in downtown encampments is already showing results. NBC 5’s David Goins reports Housing Forward, the nonprofit overseeing the effort, says $30 million will help expand its ‘Street to Home’ outreach.
