Dallas hits the brakes on a proposed high-speed rail between Dallas and Fort Worth

The City of Dallas says it’s hitting the brakes on a proposed high-speed rail between Fort Worth and Dallas. The North Texas piece is part of the larger Dallas to Houston high speed rail project that’s been proposed for more than a decade. NBC 5’s David Goins has the update.
