Dallas County considers moving a polling location in Rowlett

Dallas County says it may have to look at moving a polling location in Rowlett – over concerns about whether the building has a valid certificate of occupancy. NBC 5’s David Goins reports it comes as Rowlett’s mayor pushes for a location he says has more space and parking.
