Dallas City Council Members Share Concerns With Oncor From Constituents Left in the Dark During Winter Storm

At least two wrongful death lawsuits have been filed against electric provider Oncor as a result of last month’s winter weather outages. The company declined to comment on the lawsuits but issued apologies for the problems to Dallas city officials Wednesday. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports the apologies didn’t stop council members from sharing complaints from residents.
