Confusion and frustration after DPS license offices remained closed all week

The Texas Department of Public Safety says drivers license office will reopen Monday. That comes after a week of closings because of problems with the system following a system upgrade. NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero reports on the cancellations, the confusion and the customer frustration.
