Citizen group pushing to require more Dallas police officers

Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia says the city is on the right track with plans to add more officers. Dallas voters will decide in November on a ballot initiative requiring DPD to add nearly 1000 officers in the next year. NBC 5’s David Goins has this update.
