Church leader out on bond after arrest on child pornography charge

A Grapevine minister who’s worked with children in local schools, a community center and a church is out on bond. Grapevine police say he was arrested on a child pornography charge. It’s a discovery police say was made after he was investigated for allegedly spying on those seeking shelter with the church.
