Ceremony marks start of park construction in Dallas

A big ceremony today marked the start of park construction on a bridge over a freeway near the Dallas Zoo. Boosters hope the Southern Gateway Park helps Oak Cliff the way Klyde Warren Park did over a freeway between downtown and uptown. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff has the story.
