School Leaders Raise Concerns About Accountability Tests

The leaders of some of the best school districts in Texas are raising concerns over STAAR tests. NBC 5 education reporter Wayne Carter reports Frisco, Plano, and Wylie are just some of the districts asking the state to come up with a better way of grading schools on how they’re performing.
