Car Dealers to Be Required to Get Fingerprinted

The state of Texas will now require car dealers to get finger printed. The move is in response to widespread fraud involving “paper” license plates. It was uncovered by NBC 5 Investigates in our 7-month investigation, called “Paper Tag Nation.”
