Caddo Mills HS Soccer Player Faces Setbacks One Month After Concussion

It has been more than a month since Caddo Mills High School sophomore Victoria Mendez suffered a severe concussion during a soccer game. Since her discharge from the hospital, Mendez said she has regressed and has been unable to start therapy due to insurance issues. NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera has her story.
