Brandt Jean Honored to Accept Ethical Courage Award on Behalf of Brother Botham Jean

Brandt Jean, the brother of murdered Dallas resident Botham Jean, was honored Tuesday with the 2019 Ethical Courage Award from the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration. Jean said he was honored to accept the award on behalf of his brother and called for law enforcement leadership to make sure their officers receive more training to ensure another innocent life is not lost because of a lack of discipline.
