Assistant Chief Michael Igo as interim Dallas Police Chief to replace Eddie Garcia

Michael Igo, an administrator with more than three decades with the Dallas Police Department, has been named interim chief of police  until a permanent replacement is found for outgoing Chief Eddie Garcia.
