Asphalt Plant in Dallas Community to Shut Down

An asphalt plant that has plagued a south Dallas community has decided to shut its doors after reaching a deal with city officials. Joppa is located just 6 miles southeast of downtown Dallas. NBC 5’s Alanna Quillen reports.
