American Eagle Flight 5756, operated by Mesa Airlines, was scheduled to depart Louisville, Kentucky at 6:29 am. The plane landed at D/FW Airport at about 7:15 a.m.

Emergency vehicles were seen surrounding the Bombardier CRJ-900 moments after the plane landed.

Initial reports indicated a problem affecting the aircraft's nose gear. NBC 5 has reached out to American Airlines for more information.
