An Endangered Missing Alert has been issued for a missing 6-year-old boy who police say was abducted Friday in the Tarrant County city of Everman.
On Saturday, an Amber Alert for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was issued saying he was last seen in the 3700 block of Wisteria Drive in Everman at around midnight on Friday.
A release from the Everman Police Department said its department was notified by CPS stating that Noel had not been seen by his family since November 2022.
Noel Rodriguez-Alverez, 6, is described as having black hair and brown eyes. In a press conference Sunday morning, officials say Noel was born at 25 weeks and therefore has a lot of physical disabilities and developmental disorders. The 6-year-old boy suffers from a social disorder and has chronic lung disease.

Everman Chief of Police Craig Spencer said there is no physical evidence pointing to the little boyโs current condition, creating challenges for investigation.
โWhat I do know is that we have a 6-year-old disabled boy that cannot be accounted for, is missing, and that the mother is not willing to cooperate with investigators to help us simply assure that the child is safe,โ Spencer said.
Itโs the lack of cooperation from Noelโs mother along with continued probing by Child Protective Investigations that prompted a change from an Amber Alert to a missing endangered alert.
"He has a requirement to be on oxygen at certain points of time and we don't know if he's getting that," said Police Chief Craig Spencer.
Everman police are looking for his mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, 37, in connection with Noel's abduction. According to EPD, she is 5 feet tall, weighs about 140 pounds, and has tattoos on her chest, brown hair, and brown eyes. Rodriguez-Singh was last seen driving a gray 2012 Silverado bearing TX license plate number PLS7091 in Everman.

According to officials, the vehicle was located Sunday night but Rodriguez-Alvarez was still missing.
According to EPD, they received information that the child may be with his father in Mexico, but authorities determined that information was false. Cindy has since absconded and law enforcement has been unable to locate her. Police say Cindy Rodriguez-Singh may also be accompanied by her six other children (ages: 5-month-old twins, 7, 8, 9, and 11).
At 9 p.m. Saturday, authorities learned that the family had boarded a flight to Istanbul, Turkey. Police said they left on Thursday before the Amber Alert was issued. According to officials, Noel was not listed as a passenger on that flight.
Spencer said the Amber Alert was discontinued shortly after, and Noel's case was re-issued as an Endangered Missing Persons Alert through Texas DPS.
"This change does not affect the course of our investigation," said Spencer. "We plan to continue to investigate this case to the fullest of our capabilities."
Spencer said there's also no evidence of the boy's siblings being in any danger.
Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Singh for the offense of a โfalse report regarding a missing child or missing person.โ
"If youโve ever talked to this family, if youโve ever had any interaction with this family, we want to know," said Spencer.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Everman Police Department at 817-293-2923 or call 911 immediately.
