Alligator Caught on Texas Beach Released

An alligator caught by a fisherman in Surfside Beach, in Brazoria County, was released back into the wild Saturday. People at the beach said the 7-foot gator put up a big fight when a fisherman hooked him. For the safety of the gator, Mitchell Davis made the decision to capture the gator until it could be safely released into the wild by a professional.
