Alleged kidnapper arrested after chase and crash: White Settlement PD

An alleged kidnapper is behind bars after leading White Settlement police on a chase that ended in a crash and a woman who says he held her against her will for four days is free. NBC 5’s Meredith Yeomans reports the man is also wanted in another state.
