At least four threats were received at Texas high schools Tuesday

Threats received Tuesday at several Texas high schools, including at least two in North Texas, were determined to be false calls, police say.

THREAT REPORTED IN DALLAS A 'FALSE CALL'

Dallas Police say an active shooter call at Lincoln High School Tuesday afternoon was a "false call."

Police told NBC 5 that officers responded to a 911 call Tuesday afternoon and entered the building. After clearing the campus, police said there was no threat.

No injuries have been reported in connection with the report.

No further details have been announced about what led to the call and police have not said if anyone is expected to face any charges.

THREAT RECEIVED AT FORT WORTH DIAMOND HILL-JARVIS

In Fort Worth, the school district said social media posts indicated a possible threat at Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School.

The district said they were working with Fort Worth Police and that they determined there was no evidence of a threat to the school or students.

"The individual who posted the threats has been identified and an investigation is underway," the district said. "The individual was not in possession of any weapons, and an adult caretaker is assisting us with the investigation."

The district said due to the age of the individual nothing further could be shared.

"Please know that the safety of all students is and will remain our number one priority," the district said.

THREATS WERE RECEIVED IN WACO, HOUSTON, PFLUGERVILLE TUESDAY

Reports of active shooters Tuesday afternoon at Waco High School in Waco, Connally High School in Pflugerville and Heights High School in Houston were also unfounded.
