Dallas police say a man was arrested for indecent exposure Tuesday after he was allegedly caught masturbating in his car near of a Dallas elementary school.
Police said 44-year-old Francisco Sosa was arrested after witnesses said they observed him masturbating in his car while parked on the street in front of Victor H. Hexter Elementary School.
According to the Dallas police, the woman who reported the incident was able to get other nearby parents to help detain Sosa by taking his car keys until officers arrived and arrested him.
The alleged incident occurred around 7:55 a.m. on May 6, but Dallas police said no children observed the act.
Administrators at Hexter Elementary School sent home a letter on May 7 to inform parents about the incident.
Sosa is being held on $2,500 bond.
