Dallas police are investigating a crash that injured two people on Monday morning.

One person was killed and another injured in a crash in Oak Cliff Monday morning.

Dallas police said officers were called to a multi-vehicle crash on the 2500 block of West Davis Street at about 8:40 a.m.

Police said one driver was headed westbound when someone driving a truck pulled out of a parking lot and crashed into them.

Two people were hospitalized after the crash, including one who later died. Dallas police said the second person's injuries were initially reported to be not life-threatening.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and it's unclear whether any charges will be filed.
