15 Texas counties qualfity for FEMA flood recovery

The grass is turning brown as we heat up and dry out, but significant problems remain from destructive spring storms. 15 more Texas counties were notified they’ve qualified for disaster relief from the federal government. NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera spoke to county leaders in Kaufman, who said the money would make a big difference.
