Tornado tally in

The National Weather Service has issued a survey confirming that there were ten tornadoes in storms, which swept through North Texas Tuesday, May 24.

The twister that passed through south of Reno in Parker County was given a preliminary damage rating of EF-0. 

Another tornado occurred in Tarrant County, mainly over Eagle Mountain Lake (causing damage along and west of Boat Club Road) and was given a preliminary damage rating of EF-0. 

The addition of these two tornadoes increases the number of confirmed tornadoes in the state to 39 for this year.
