1 Detained in Uptown Apartment Fire

Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to a fire at an Uptown apartment in the 3000 block of Blackburn Street Tuesday night. There were no flames or smoke but some haze on the inside of the apartment, officials said. Dallas police detained a woman and she is a person of interest in the fire. No other information was available.
