Pandemic Worsens Food Insecurity in North Texas

The founder of Minnie’s Food Pantry in Plano said the non-profit is now feeding more than 5,000 people a week, rather than the usual 5,000 a month. Proof, she says, that the COVID-19 pandemic has increased the food insecurity problem in North Texas.
