The City of Fort Worth later confirmed that an unidentified member of the team working at the Joint Emergency Operations Center tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday morning.

Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price joined NBC 5 Today to talk about what it was like getting tested for the coronavirus and discussed the city’s next steps forward in fighting COVID-19.

After receiving the negative test results Tuesday, Price said she and her husband will continue to self-isolate at home and track any symptoms.

Another city employee, however, tested positive on Tuesday and is self-isolating at home. The person's identity was not released.
