Dallas County Judges Create Program to Mentor Young People

A documentary that highlighted the pipeline to prison and the mass incarceration of minorities motivated some local Dallas county judges to make a change. Four African American female county judges created a program called Pipeline to Possibilities to teach and mentor young people about the law before they end up in front of a judge.
