Dashboard Camera Captures Truck Explosion

Dramatic dashboard video captures a fuel truck exploding on Interstate 310 in Louisiana. Authorities say a dump truck driver was driving slowly when a fuel tanker truck rear-ended it. The dump truck driver was killed. The tanker truck driver was injured. The tanker was carrying eight thousand gallons of gasoline at the time.
